Commission Process
Ordering:
To place a commission, please provide a detailed description, including references, poses, expressions, and any specific instructions. The clearer your request, the better the final result.
Payment:
Payment is required upfront or as a 50% deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance is due after sketch approval or in stages, depending on the commission type.
All payments are accepted through PayPal or Kofi.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds are available only if I have not started your commission.
Partial refunds may be considered if canceled after the sketch phase.
No refunds will be provided once the commission is fully completed.
Timeline:
Typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the piece’s complexity and my queue.
I will provide regular progress updates at key stages (sketch, lineart, color, etc.).
Clients may request up to 3 major revisions during the sketch phase.
Additional or late-stage changes may incur extra fees.
Please be patient — life events or emergencies may cause delays, which I will always inform you of.
Usage & Copyright:
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in portfolios or on social media.
You may use commissioned art for personal use only (e.g., icons, headers, wallpapers) — with credit.
Do not use my art for:
Commercial purposes without permission
NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related content
Claiming it as your own
For commercial use (e.g., merchandise or promotional material), a commercial license must be purchased.
NSFW & Content Policy:
I accept NSFW commissions, but only from clients who are 18+.
I will NOT draw:
Minors or underage characters in NSFW
Non-consensual content
Zoophilic, pedophilic, or hateful imagery
Communication & Expectations:
My preferred contact method is Discord.
I will keep in touch throughout the process, including:
During sketching
After sketch approval
After lineart and coloring phases
Please provide clear, respectful communication and be available for feedback if revisions are needed.
Right to Refuse or Cancel:
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, especially if:
The request violates my personal boundaries
The client is disrespectful or uncooperative
The content goes against my policies
Agreement:
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to all terms listed above.
